Her friend, advisor and numerologist, Sunita Menon advised Ekta to stop movie production until she was more than 30 years of age..or else make only small budget movies. This caused her to experiment with movies like Love, Sex aur Dhoka, Ragini MMS and Shor in the City. Reportedly her next (controversial) offering would be 'The Dirty Picture' which tells the story of soft porn star Silk Smitha (supposedly being played by Vidya Balan).
Clash of the Siblings: This weekend also saw a clash in family interest. While Tusshar Kapoor is on his mending spree and is coming up with one watchable movie after another, sis Ekta's low budget wonders are also hitting the mark. This weekend will probably be the first time that the siblings will see their interests clashing in the name of movie releases. While Tusshar Kapoor's 'Love You .. Mr Kalakaar' looks like one of the small and sweet offerings of Rajshri Banners, Ragini MMS is also making the right waves.
