Bipasha Basu's Alone hit the silver screen on 16th of January, 2015. In just two days it managed to mint 9.02 crores. The movie directed by Bhushan Patel also starred Karan Singh Grover apart from the super-sexy Bipasha.
#Alone has racked in average reviews and nobody expected the movie to pick up with such steam. Probably the absence of any big ticket releases so far has also made it easier for Alone. Any which way, the sex and horror dish that Bipasha has become expert of cooking up has many takers. Like the B-grade horror movies (remember Ramsay brothers?) of the 80s, sex has come back in the horror movies - and with a bang. This time the filming is far more tasteful and the actors far more talented and hot. Bipasha has hit a hattrick of sorts with this movie and it remains to be seen how Alone holds up next week with few big ticket movies releasing.
