Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor have teamed up to do Shandaar (also spelt Shaandar in several reports). This movie slated to be released in 2015 (reported in March 2015, though there is no official confirmation on that one) is being directed by Vikas Bahl and is said to be a destination wedding movie.
As per Alia Bhatt's tweet, the shooting wrapped up nicely in December 2014. They had been busy shooting at foreign locales including the United Kingdom. Apparently, both Alia and Shahid are quite the twitterbugs and they relentless kept the Shandaar brand alive and kicking. Here is a great pic that Shahid tweeted from UK.
The movie stars Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in leading roles. Shahid's step-sister, Sanah Kapoor debuts with this movie and is playing Alia's sister. They are accompanied by Sanjay Kapoor and veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor.
Then again, Shahid posted this goofy, lovable pic of his when he was done with the Holland shoot and was at the airport ready to leave.
